The Ukraine/Crimea
Over the course of 2007, the Provincial Government gained experience with a project in the field of water management in the Crimea. The cooperation's objective was to exchange knowledge and experience concerning water management and providing service to citizens. Owing to the positive results and the fruitful collaboration with the Crimea, it has been decided to continue this cooperation. The new twinning, which started in early 2008, will also pay attention to citizens' participation. Furthermore, the future also provides opportunities for cooperation promoting trade between Brabant and the Crimea in the agro and food industries.
